They charged all of the safety deposit for several kind of cleansing and much more... For no reason. A bulb replacement is $10. Never noticed when you were shifting, need pay $55 for carpetcleaning since before you move-out they need you to wash the rug proffessionally, or even they'll ask you for. They simply anticipate you traveling in the place of residing in the condo. Actually the toilet mirror billed $5 for cleansing. Actually the windows they charged $45. Since you designed to clear the windows, toilet ground, bathtub, toilet pan-$45 but their goal would be to never provide your deposit back.
