Bad dry cleaner!

In November I slipped off a cotton gown just used once towards the Dilworth area of the products that 2 places about the entrance. After I acquired this dress there have been numerous large water/chemical spots all around the dress along with a chemical burn about the base of the gown. I requested the salesman to please contact the homeowners and also the homeowners were rude and may not obtain the gown recleaned by the full time that I desired it back by.
