Universe Products in Agoura Hills, California dropped my $394.00 gown and attempted to provide me another gown stating their pc "never makes errors!" Beware this drycleaners! We'd been heading there a long time without any issues. They essentially stated, "Too bad!" I added my dress yourself in plus they submitted informative data on their computer. Subsequently upon finding up the gown and getting it house, I realized that the gown was strapless, which my gown was not! After I introduced the incorrect dress yourself in 24 hours later. The dog owner kept banging his mind and stating "no, no, no!" He didn't worry about the increasing loss of the gown, that anybody might dare accuse him of dropping a product!
