Cannot make calls, even emergency calls, despite five complaints

T. Mobile promised me the best service, and I can't even make a phone call, sometimes not even when it's an emergency, I called the company five times already complaining about the service.

I still have the same problem the only way that I can have good communication is when I drive in the express way.

I've been paying for a service that I don't even have. The last time I called, they gave me 70 more minutes in my account.

But why? If I can't use them. Every time I try to call somebody it's like a nightmare.
