Warranty failure

I purchased a Tumi backpack on the basis of the lifetime warranty state. At that time I purchased, they offered lifetime. However now they would like to cost $125 for fix available joints from the freezer and band, and between inner area! Although I named, they stated "we-don't provide lifetime guarantee, we just provide lifetime support, to get a charge".

The support and assistance isn't a great complement due to their cost! If this is actually the method they handle dedicated client, I'm not likely to stick with them, and wouldn't recommend one to purchase a Tumi.
