Charged My Ex-Wife's Bank Account After Disputed Bills

Direct tv required a bank card, and I gave them my ex-wife's card. They charged 22 dollars. The salesperson said the 22 dollars would be credited on the first statement. They took the system up on March 26th. I received a bill in April for 55 dollars, and they never gave the 22 dollar credit. I called them about the bill and they said they don't do it that way.
They turned the direct tv off May 8. I received another bill for 116 dollars. I called them and it was like talking to no one. I still owed 116 dollars, and they would not listen to anything I said. I told them that if they straightened the bill out, I would pay it. On June 26th they took 231.05 out of my ex-wife's bank account, because they have her card number on file from the deposit. They treated me unfairly.
