Ripped me off w/the bill, lied and took money from bank account Mauk

Direct tv required a bank card I gave them my ex-wife card and they charged 22 dollars. The sale person said the 22 dollars would be credited on the first statement. They tooked the system up on March 26th, received a bill in April for 55 dollars, they never gave the 22 dollars credit. I called them about the bill and they said they don't do it that way.

They turned the direct tv off May 8. I received another bill for 116 dollars. I called them and it was like talking to no one. I still owed 116 dollars and would not listen to anything I said. I told them if they straightened the bill out I would pay it. On June 26th they took 231.05 out of my ex-wife's bank acct. Because they have her card number on file from the deposit. They screwed me.
