Ihad 346 dollars 4-23-10 used my card at atms in amount of 372 or about from2-23 to 4-25 knowing i probably was neg. So i took 440 of overdraft 4-26-10 they subtracted the 440 from the 346 1st so all

I started 4-23-10 with a withdrawal from my account at the I.B.C. Bank, it left me with 346.03 in the positive.
I used my debit card several times from 4-23-10 to 4-25-10 over the weekend totaling about 372 dollars, on monday the 26th of april I figured I had went over into the negative so I withdrew 440 dollars from my protection which is 500 dollars.
When my direct deposit hit from my next payday there was a lot of money taken from my account, so I went to the bank and ask for a printout of what had happened from 4-23-10 up to my new deposit.
It showed where I had taken 260 dollars on the 23rd of april leaving me with 346 dollars. On this sheet it showed that they took the 440 dollars that I had withdrew on the 26th from the 346 dollars I had from 23rd. All the ATM with drawals from the 23rd to the 25th had about 8 or 9totaling 372 dollars, had an overdraft fee of 29 dollars each, there was money in my account on all ATM withdrawals when I made them except maybe two.
At the most there should have been 4 charges
