Promised $40 a Month, Now Billed $725.15 With Disconnection Fee

They are charging me a $340 disconnection fee, and they did not even give me a chance to send back their TiVo box and charged me another $200. They do not give anything back on what I have already paid on the box. I will pay the $155.96 due on the bill, that's fair, and send back the TiVo box.

When I signed back up with them, I signed nothing regarding an early termination fee. And I was promised a monthly bill of about $40.00 a month. They charged me an average of $100 a month or more, and that is not buying any pay per view movies or anything! So now they want $725.15 because I no longer want to use their services.
