Refuse to return considerable refund Lawrenceville, Georgia

ON Feb. 13 I ordered an Alexanderite gemstone, costing me over $600. The next day I ordered a gemstone to go with it, costing me over $1,099.99. I have called several times, contacted by credit card company and finally recently received a refund for the gemstone but not for the semi-mount.

I followed the return policy such as requested: I called for RMA numbers just as they asked, I sent the items out before the 7 days required and finally I insured by items as requested at the post office. I have also contacted a television news station in Cincinati and the Better Business Bureau. If I don't receive my refund with the week I will have to contact an attorney, it's the principle of the whole thing. It's a large trust to buy on TV and I had not regretted it until now.
