Eceived Damaged, used items from them, although I paid for new in box items, contacted their customersupport, the minute i received the package, they asked to take pictures, I did, and sent them, they promised an RMA, didnt send for 3 days, I called them, and didnt hear any apology, just send us back our stuff, and after receipt, we will refund you, then I found that they want me to pay for return shipping, and sent an Email that I accepted their return policy, when I ordered, so, no return shipment refund, and they need 5-10 days to process my refund, AFTER they receive the items, they talk about store policy regarding return shipment but they dont respect policies about not scamming people, and selling damaged goods. PS: i will not send back the stuff, i dont have to drive 14 miles to the post office, and pay return shipping, because of their mistake, let them keep my money, I just dont want anyone to fall, and have the same bad experience I had with them.
