Cindy Kearney, owner of GEMSTONE PUPPIES has her own "Nonrefundable deposit", but will not abide by one if she is the one purchasing the puppy. She payed her $500 dollar deposit and then told us she wanted pics. She didn't like the way he looked after I had told her he had grown in body - not in weight. She said she understood and paid her $500.

Later she changed her mind and swore she would "MAKE US PAY".

BE CAREFUL if you are dealing with her.
If you do something you have the total right to do and she doesn't like it. She will make YOU pay and pay and pay.
