Avc - Americas Value Channel
AVC will not return my money. It's been 2 months and their policy is 30 days. I just noticed they're building a new website... Guess now I know what they used my money for

I purchased a gemstone for $1400. When I got it, the color was much lighter than on TV. I returned it the same day I received it. After many phone calls to customer service I learned:

They don't know anything
They can't do anything
There's no one else to speak to
There's no way to get an answer
There's no way to escalate a problem
They don't care

Oh, and by the way, they have an 800 number to place an order but you have to call long distance to reach customer service.
