We began purchasing red and green Andesine on 12/26 through 01/10. This is back when DSN was touting this gemstone as "untreated and natural." They bragged that this was a great "investment" gemstone. We asked for a refund after learning that Andesine was not as DSN had advertised. Andesine is treated to say the least and NOT even close to natural. DSN lied to its Customer Base.
We had made some purchases of Andesine from JTV around this same time, yet when asked, JTV refunded all of our money.
