Netshops / OnlyLeatherJackets Rip Off on order and money!

I placed an order with this company for a motorcyle jacket on July 29, they processed my payment on July 30. On their website they state 1-5 days shipping... Shipping was cheap... 7.99 thought that was great price. Well... They lie, they "estimated" ship date ended up being August 8, false advertisement of shipping of their products. I contacted the company on Aug 5th to find out more on my order as I had heard nothing from the company since I placed the order, there website states they will contact you by email with the tracking #... I contacted them Aug 5th, Aug 9th, Aug 11th.By email and by phone... Each time customer service told me the same response. They didn't have a response from their shipper... On Aug 12th I finally spoke to a supervisor who actually picked up a phone and called the "shipper"... Got back on the phone and told me they would be shipping that day... Ironically, another email was supposed to come to me showing the tracking #... Got nothing... Called again on August 13th, spoke to the same supervisor, supposedly called the shipper again... NOW the jacket is backordered and won't ship for 3 weeks!!! Cancelled the order on the spot! The supervisor then tells me it will refund and credit my debit card in 5 to 7 days... So I wait 6 days... Talk to him on 8/19 and no refund or credit processed, he claims that's too long... Calls the "dept" that does it, and says I'll receive credit that day... And an "email"... Didn't happen!!! Called again today... 8/20 spoke to the same supervisor. Got the same run around... Says now it's gonna credit today. Told him he was full of it and they aren't going to refund it, he's lying to me like they have been all along... Filed a complaint with my bank, bbb.org... And rip off report... Tired of this company playing games with my money. And from what I've found out about them... They should be out of business!!!
