I called to request an application to submit for a state. Although on the phone was asked a couple of questions.

I wasn't guaranteed in those days exactly what the spot was just wanted the forms to complete, once i came across out where the spot originated from i'd complete the shape.

Since i did not know where the spot originated from at that time was denied a state. After i named back to see them what had happend it had been too late...

Exactly what a rip-off. On the $3700.00 lounge set no guarantee.
