My dishwasher broke, on Wed 5-27-09. I called that evening to place a work order. This is Friday the 29th still no call so I started calling Appliance center (Volunteer Appliance center in Oak Ridge TN) Told they may be able to fit me in on Monday. This is to long to wait. Called the Home shield office and spoke to Natavia after telling I would like to cancel warranty. Your service Dept. Is lacking in soooo many ways. I had to talk to three people when the first could have performed the task of checking if they could get me service. All of your phone people are lacking in ability to alleviate problems. I asked to speak with Natavia's boss and was told Marcel would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. Have you ever heard the saying check is in the mail. Natavia stated you have two providers in the area Sears & Volunteer, its telling that only two in my area, know wonder can't get anyone out. I request all my money back, I didnt use the service this term and you have gotten pd interest on it. After 6 years you treat me like a stranger, shame on your group.
The other saying is treat one customer good he tells someone, if you treat him bad he will tells ten.
