No service for flooded basement from AC unit, contractor never ordered work

I was thinking of renewing my contract but further research and dealing with this idiots. I think my mind is made up that it would be a waste of money.

I called to place a service call and with a foot of water in my basement from the ac unit and no A|C. And no service yet I called Friday and said that someone would be out here it is Monday and called the contractor no work ordered placed called AHS and they never heard of me.

Well I think this is service I can do without they stink keep your money and save up for further repairs. My heart goes out to all the unlucky people who have to deal with this company.
