Unauthorized $340 Early Termination Fee Taken From Bank Account

Directv took 340.00 out of my bank account without authorization. They said it was because I had my service disconnected early and that I had a two-year contract. I was with them for ten years plus. I had no contract, and I owned my equipment. I stopped my service because I was moving and it was not an option in the new place.

They had my credit card number online from buying movies and paying my bill. I was not on automatic payment. They overdrew my account and will not give me the money back. I called them several times and got no money back. They ripped me off and messed up my bank account, plus all the stress they caused me. I will never use them again.
