Ripoff The pasta pots C

Tristar adv on tv listed lg and sm pasta pots... 1 grater and recipe book. All for $14.95. Ordered around Christmas time. Rec'd 1 flimsy pot Was charged total of $22.94 which included a $7.99 shipping and handling chg.

Called co. Feb 5th. Was told they make 2 shipments. The second pot (which serves as steamer when used with the lgr pot) amd the grater and the recipe book would be mailed separately... Just give it a little time.

Called tristar on 2/14.. T/w Anthony. Sd the remainder w/go "right out" and no extra chg for postage.

Called tristar on 2/21.. T/w Stephanie. She said "extras are #9.95.. Will have her supervisor Sharon call me.

2/28 called tristar. T/w Ryan. Said the 2 qt pot "will go out tonight. Postage free"

3/7 called Tristar. Asked Courtney to speak w/supervisor. T/w Barbara who said she was cust svce supervisor. She said "all smaller pots are on back order. May be over a month before they receive them"... But "will send them as soon as they receive them... Still waiting...
