Rip-off cashed check with no product i sent a check from newspaper ad for 2 pasta pots check has been cashed pasta pots has not yet been received connecticut

I mailed a check on 1/22 for two pasta pots, that was advertised in our Sunday paper. Tristar products has cashed the check in Feb. 2003. It is now March 26, still no pasta pots received.
