Rip-off cash check & don't deliver product

Like many others, I mailed a check on 1/19 for two pasta pots, that was advertised in our Sunday paper. Tristar Products cashed the check in Feb. 2003.
It is now March 26, still no pasta pots received and I doubt we will ever see them.
