Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

On Jan 5 I ordered (2) two se of Pasta Pots along with a check for $31.97. I recieved the cashed check back on my february bank statement. On or about Feb. 25 I sent an e-mail to Tristar products asking how long it took to recieve my order. I could find no telephone number at the time.

As of today, March 10 I have recieved no reply from Tristar.

I found on the web that many customers have had the same experience.

I would appricate any info on how to get my money back from Tristar
