Overcharges Credit Card Internet

For Mother's Day, I ordered my mother an arrangement for $62.instead of $62, my credit card was charged $71. My emails to the company to have the overcharge refunded have gone unanswered by the company. The company's phone system claims a receptionist is available 8am-6pm Mon-Fri. However, I've only gotten an answering machine with a FULL box, so I can't leave a message. This company is rated an F by the Better Business Bureau. I plan on warning family, friends and clients about this shady company and never ordering again.
