Thanks for ruining Valentines Day - edible arranments

Im currently Forward deployed to Southwest Asia in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, so since I couldnt spend Valentines Day with my wife in the physical She hinted at an Edible Arrangement. I placed my order on 20 Jan with a delivery date of 14 Feb (V-Day), I placed it early for a reason, you know so it could get there on time. Now today (14 Feb) Its after her work hours and it still hasnt been delivered. I dont see how thats possible when the Edible Arrangements Location is less than 2 miles from her job. I am thoroughly pissed off as they snatched the money out of my account with no problem but they cant at least honor my delivery time? Ive called the local office multiple times before their advertised closing time only to get a voicemail box that was full. I had to call a 1877 number just to leave a complaint. So I say again thanks for ruining my Valentines day Edible Arrangements. Dont worry you wont get this chance again.
