Fine Furnishing Direct, Cheaters, Liars, Charging for the wrong merchandise, don't take care of their mistakes, total rip-off people

This is a wholesale company we've been dealing for the last 5 years. Operated by Jane and Douglas Min. We had a large order for the last time we went there. Among the other merchandise there was 2 dining-room tables. Both tables have 2 extension leaves. When I picked up the tables Doug told me I don't have to look at them since he had checked them and rewrapped them. They are good. Of course I listened to him, since it wasn't the first time I bought things from him. When we opened the tables home both came with the wrong set of leaves. I called up Jane and asked her to change them for the correct ones. I even e-mail Doug 2 times about the problem. Doug never responded back for either of them. Jane wasn't helpful either. She said she cannot help me, since they closed down the warehouse. They don't have the warehouse anymore, but they are still in business, since she told me I can only order container from them.in my belief they pulled a scam on me. They knew they didn't have the right tables so they sold me these bad ones, just to get rid of all their merchandize so they can close down the warehouse. This was really low.
