Re-Stocking Fee

February 3rd I had ordered furniture and tables, the tables were floor samples because they were discontinued, I went back February 6th, was told by Anthony the tables were just taken off the floor (therefore they were just put in the back) I saw tables I liked better told him to switch them (they also were floor samples) he said he was off the next day but he would do the switch on Friday, we had the blizzard on Friday, he did not contact me until the morning of the delivery (February 17th) and told me the original tables were coming (obviously he did nothing to change them) so he said to refuse them, which I did, the dispatcher informed me I was getting a 30% restocking fee, if Anthony had done his job right he could have switch it the night I was there. This is my first time shopping at Ashley and it will be the last time!
