Ripoff deceptive company

I recently purchased 4 metal tables from Seaman's furniture. The tables were delivered on May 31st. I could not open the boxes until the June 7th because my living room was being painted. Upon opening the boxes I noticed the first table was scratched and chipped in several places.

Two more boxes were opened and they also were chipped. I didn't open the 4th box since I felt there must be something wrong with the finish if all 3 tables so far were scrached or chipped. I contacted Seaman's corporate office to request a refund, but my request was denied. They told me I could exchange the tables or request a repair.

I assumed an exchange meant a store credit. They would not even allow me a store credit. They will only repair or send me new tables of the same inferior quality! Why should I either accept a repair of tables that are supposed to be free from defect or accept new tables that I feel are poor quality!
