Ripoff screwed others too evil dirt bags rip-offs

We purchased a garden tractor toward the end of the 2002 season. It has about 10 hours running time and the v belt broke.

I tried all over town to buy one and the only place you can get one is Sears. And the only way that you can get it from them is they give you a number for you to call yourself and order the part.

And the part is a $38.00 part we were told. Anyway when we ordered it it cost $52.90 for the belt and shipping. We don't think this is right. The mower has already been down for a week and it will be another week before we get the part. The store here was not helpful at all and didn't seem to care.

Shouldn't a cpmpany back up it's sales and at least tell you that they don't stock parts when you buy a $3000.00 mower. What do you think?
