I am writing because charlie autry flooring company put down flooring called villa stone in kitchen hallway bath laundry room. And put down carpeting down in my great room and dining room. There was a huge cut underneath the carpet by the entry and the seem was highly visible.in addition the villa stone that they put down started peeling everywhere. Additionally i was spring cleaning and pulled out stove and frig and they didn't even finish the job they did it about 2-3 inches back to make it look like it was finished. I have been in constant contact with the company they fo through for there product that is the only way i have some answers. Derek wiget who is the manager is either not there or says let me call you back, and never does. I even called and asked for charlie autrys number for me to call him myself and the store said they didn't have his number. All i want is to have all my floors replaced. I've been working on this since 11 and now its almost may.
