I was so impressed by their professionalism that I had to write a review. When setting up the initial appointment, they were very flexible to my schedule. The sales rep, Phil, that came to our home took the extra time and effort to answer all our questions and help us pick beautiful flooring that fit our budget. As we were affected by Sandy the old flooring had to be completely removed and replaced. There was a tremendous amount of labor involved and they were very reasonable with the total cost.
We highly recommend Bay Carpet!!!
