Returned to sender!

I ordered some things through a department store. It was first brought to the incorrect address.

Finally a week later they attempted delivery to the correct address, left a note saying they'd be back the next day. I waited for two days in a row, ALL DAY, nobody ever showed.

Today I find out they shipped the merchandise back to the senders address, leaving me hanging, having to completely reorder my goods and having to wait 2 weeks for my original purchase refund.
