High Price, Low Quality

Hi,

I recently purchased a business card / brochure order from Piedmont Press, the order was overprice and when I received the product the quality was 5 times worse from what I previously purchased online. This is a very nice looking company and I thought that the price would reflect the quality of the product but I was wrong.

I had very little ground to stand on since I signed off on the proof, I just expected a much better job from a company that sells itself as an elite printer. Next time I will try to find a company that offers a "GOOD" product at a fair price.

The printing was so bad that I was embarrassed to use it, and had to re-order from my previous vendor.
