Midland Texas i sent a package more than 2 months ago to a family member in cd juarez mexico. He hasnt recieved it and the postoffice doesnt tell me anything about the package. This is not a closed case

I sent a package with the postal service confiding that some thing like this would not happen, and the first thing that happened is just that. The package is insured and neither the EL PASO TEXAS TEXAS POST OFFICE, THE MIDLAND TEXAS POST OFFICE, THE EL PASO TEXAS FEDERAL EXPRESS OR THE CD, JUAREZ CHIHUAHUA POST OFFICE in MEXICO, do not want to reponde and put the other offices at fault. The package has to be at one of these offices or an imployee of one of these offices RIPPED IT OFF. That is called THEFT, its a crime and worse off its a federal crime. Tampering with federal documents or federal theft. This needs to be cleared up or ill go HIGHER AUTHORITIES. Thank your verry much for you time and consideration. Salvador a.R.
