Rips Off It's Customers package sent to ohio ends up in atlanta Georgia, never gets returned to sende

I shipped a package on 04-08 from fort smith ark to batavia ohio purchased all the shipping supplies @ the post office, insured for $150 with delivery confirmation added. After 2 days it ended up in atlanta GA on the 4-21, via memphis tenn sticking it onto the wrong truck.

Was notified it would be returned if proper information was on the package, In 7-10 days it's now 5-10 and the local post office cannot find it for the national post offices are not scanning the package as they are supposed to according to her.

Local office manager called atlanta GA she said it was shipped out on the 21st to be returned to sender. Was sinformaed today i will need my "ORIGINAL" receipt would be needed to file for the insurance claim, I informed them it was a 7 year old pc tower and I do not have the original receipt for it.

I was informed I would most likely not be paid my insurance claim on the package without it.

This was my "VERY" last anything ever to be shipped via United States postal service..
