Rebate scam

I bought a mobile phone from their store that had two discounts. One was for $75 and also the other was for $50. After I obtained it-they necessary that you wait 6 months to deliver it in and complete a lot of files, deliver areas of the container, etc. Etc.

I evidently shipped it in a couple of days early therefore it was refused. They stated that I'd not set the purchase quantity in another of the containers however they had the revenue receipt connected using the purchase quantity onto it. The issue was they waited 3 months to inform me of the issue which was well after dark period where they stated, you can submit the modified data.

I reported and finally talked to some lady (Charlie) who decided they informed me nicely following the deadling. She offered me the fax number, requested me re-deliver info which she'd set it through. I experienced the procedure of having all of the info, faxing it after which never heard something. A couple weeks later I named and talked to some supervisor. He noticed that I'd submitted the info and guaranteed me he might set it through. That never occurred both. I called again and was informed that their pc wouldn't take a date because it was after their cut off day. Stated there is nothing that would be completed.

Ultimately I acquired completely as much as the helper towards the leader (Miss Kemp). She explained they'd no-obligation to inform me the refund was rejected before their deadling of 120 days from purchase. Additionally stated that despite two of her workers accepting to approach the refund, she was over riding them-and wouldn't.

I should have invested 6 or 7 hours composing emails, calling, waiting on-hold, etc. Etc.

Our order quantity was 551385sss Declare identification 61280sss and 61528sss. Have no idea if something can be achieved but nobody else must have togo through what I did so.inphonic isn't a business to complete business with.
