Beware! Low end - Crappy Products - Make it impossible to cancel and receive a refund Internet

Purchased a thermal printer for $120.00. I was unsatisfied with the all around quality of the product. When I called to request a refund and get directions on how to return the merchandise, all I got was a 2 week run around on how to cancel my order. This company would put me off trying to get me past the 30-day cancel period and every time I would call, I was placed on hold for up to 45 minutes with no resolution. Their customer service people are completely unprofessional and extremely rude.

Beware of this low rate company. Their products suck and they make it impossible to get a refund.
