I purchased their product on 7-30. I did not cancel within their time period which I was not even aware of. But I did cancel via Customer Service at 1-888-242-6470. I sent back three bottles unopened within their time period of full money back guarantee. I sent back products via UPS with the three RMA numbers they gave me to return for refund. I have called Customer Service three times and was told every time refund check was in the mail. The last time I called the Customer Service Rep said it would take about a month to receive refund check but their records showed check was sent. This is November and products were sent back September 17th via UPS. They received returned products on September 19th per UPS. It has been longer than a month. Much Obliged.
