Electronics and household app.
I won a Samsung laser printer from letterfolders.com through eBay (BIG mistake!) The printer arrived and was defective, the red error light would not go off. I agreed to accept a replacement. IT was defective as well. I was told I must return both at my own expense for a refund, which I did (printers are HEAVY-the UPS charge was over $70.) Although the company promised a full refund, I had to make phone call after phone call begging for my money. I must have made more than 20 calls over a 6 month period. They finally issued a refund for one of the printers, but it was a dollar short. I told them they owed me $228 more to cover the second printer, my return shipping charge, plus the shipping I originally paid for the defective printers. They agreed, then sent me a check for $117—more than $100 short. I gave up. That's the kind of slimy company they are. They sell defective merchandise, wear you down asking for a refund, then shortchange you on your money after MONTHS of hassel. These people are scum. Beware! Beware! Beware!
