I'd received a special invitation during a seminar... I order the products (spent $99.85) but when I received the products, the quality was very poor. Contacted JustFab to return the products but was told that there is a restocking fee of $5.95 for each item plus shipping. So I decided not to return and just see if I can sell the products to someone else. Then just two weeks from my original order, I'm charged with $39.95 because they said that I agreed to enter into an agreement with Just Fab (membership) when I order the products and that the charge is for items I did not order in the current month but will have a credit to order later on. Well, I mentioned to customer service that I did not plan to place any additional future orders, that I would like a refund. They claimed that they could NOT give me back a refund because I had already accepted the membership terms and should have decline the charge when they sent the email that was sent on 1st and 4th of each month. I replied back to the customer service rep that I'd not receive an email on the 1st or 4th... That the only emails I've received from them was for the shipping of my orginal order and the another email to rate the items purchased. We went back and forth, spoke with a supervisor, and still they would not refund back the $39.95. I advised them that I will contact my credit card company to deny their charges and she just say "well don't forget you have a credit for $39.95 and it can be used when ever you like." I'm a very dissatisfied customer... This company should not be allowed to stiff customers this way. If a customer request or demands a refund - they should honor that request. JustFab.com is stealing from their customers - submitting unauthorized charges where no product is being shipped, their policies include a restocking fee for returned items, and no emails are being sent to the customer as notification of a future pending charge (where the customer can deny the charge or place an order). Refusing to refund your money is poor business. I will make sure I blog about their poor business transactions and spread the word. On top of everything else, they make it impossible to speak to customer service... You have to wait a long time on the phone to speak to someone. And you can't cancel out ot the membership online... It has to be done via phone. Very bad business!
