Non refund of money to my Credit Card. Called AVC many times, stall tactics, waiting games!

On Nov/4th 2008 I ordered a Gem Stone from AVC. After receiving the Gem Stone I noticed the color and hue where not the quality as represented on TV. I sent the light colored stone back to AVC on 11/12 for a total refund of money to my Credit Card.
I have called AVC on many occasions regarding my refund of money and still have not received a penny of my money as of 3/18.
I guess that these losers at AVC can only make money by keeping our money in there accounts while they collect interest as long as possible while they do the same tactics to the next victims.
This sick company will go down in flames someday, but if more people would complain about them keeping your money for there gain and your lose, then AVC will continue to rip you off!!! Stand up and fight for yourselves and kick these people back to there own native third world country where they belong.
Nineteen generations of greedy people taking advantage of your trust and hard earned money.
Stop them, stop them now before they take all your money and run back to there country with it while they laugh at you all the way to there secret bank accounts!!!
