MGR Diamonds: Fraud!

Poor stone. Promised an upgrade for a fee if I sent ring back. Kept my ring for a month with no communication. Called to find out what was going on and got the run around. Finally called to tell them to keep the stone and give me a refund, which they said they would. Ring was sent back with same stone and no refund. When I called for an explanation I was hung up on! Out $1200 for what may or may not be real stone, what it is is really ugly.
