I had my ring repaired and when I received it back, the stone was a completely different color! I said this is not my stone and he said, "yes, it is just really clean." I protested but I had been waiting for over 3 hours when I was quoted under an hour and had to move my car. That night I took it to another jeweler, and they told me it was a fake stone (which I already knew, I just wanted to verify before writing up reports). These people are crooks stealing stones from hard working people. This was my engagement ring and these people have tainted it!
