Charge Card let's value ch. Have the item and the money and makes me pay I'M going to sue both for FRAUD

I have purchased many stones from americas value ch. I did not realize the stones were junk in finding this out i had a stone on the way. At the time. Apon recieving this gem that we payed 7,500 for i called several times to get the RMA # recieved one eventually and returned the gem at my exspence and insured it also i called about putting the money back on the card OK fine. Was told they had a week to put it back into their inventory. Called back a week later and was told they had thirty days to put the money back on the card the stone was purchased on 1/8 the date to have money back on card was 3/3 i then called the 3 cards this gem was on to dispute the charges the cards all took action 2 of the cards have done this the card that has a charge of 5,500 on it first removed the amount now has put the charge back on my card even though i had a money back gurantee the card co. Wants a second oppinion on something i don't have they say now to much time has past for them to do it again i intend to sue both the card com. And americas value channel for mental stress, time spent, and my money with interest Karen Tomahawk Wisconsin
