They sent me a stone and I sent it back to them along with money. Now they say I owe them $29.00 more dollars for a psychic act performed on my behalf

Please tell me what to do. I received a stone from ESOWORLD and was billed $29.00. I returned the stone. Now they want more money for what they say a psychic act performed for me was $14.00 plus late fee which brings it up to $29.00. If I don't pay this amount they will report me to the credit bureau and charge me more late fees. Now remember I returned the stone and ask for a refund which they did not return. Therefore I feel I owe this company NOTHING! But I don't want my credit ruined or affected by this. Can anyone relate to this?
