Ripoff business from hell screwed others too abused & mistreated

My boyfriend and I have 4 phones through Alltell. We have had them for 6 months. Every month since we got them our bill has been wrong. We have been charged for calls we didn't make, charged for going over our minutes when we did not, charged for long distance calls when we had no long distance charges on our plan, and the list goes on and on.

They shut our phones off every two weeks for non-payment while we are waiting for our bill to be corrected. One of the phones is my Mom's. Her husband is very ill and the only reason she has it is so that she can be contacted in case of an emergency with him. She can't be contacted if the phone is off! She makes NO calls. But she is charged for making calls every month.

The last time our bill needed to be corrected they had to work on it for 3 months. Over that 3 month period we had almost $600.00 in incorrect charges.

Our local representative is very helpful, but it doesn't do him any good if the main office won't do anything and every time he tries to help, it updates our plan, so we keep adding two years to our contract. I just want out!!!
