Mci world com wireless rip off

I signed up with mci world com wireless. They say i have a plan for 29.95 a month, 200 minutes for daytime 1000 for weekends. They told me i can have two phones so i got one for my teenager. We only use the phones for emergencies.

We both decided to use the phones for 5 minutes a call. We have only had these phones two months our first bill 137.00 and 283.00 together that adds up to almost 400.00 way more than my home phone including long distance, call waitting and all the other taxes and charges.

I called and complainned about how much the bills were and they said the computer didn't give me my 200 minutes for either phones so they credited us 75.00 for one phone and 63.00 for the other. The next time i got the bill it was 200.00 for one phone 777.83 for the other phone.

How can this be when i have no long distance calls one either? It is very hard to get through to the mci phone lines one day i promise i held on for an hour in a half. I even clicked over to call a friend who is complaining about how high her bill is also. This terrible. They are ripping alot of people off. I dont have 977.83 to pay this bill.

I know my phones are going to go off soon. I am just going to make payments one the bills because i dont want my credit messed up. So if there is any out there trying to get a cell phone, i would advise them not to get mci they really rip you off and mess you all the way up.

I bet the reason why the phones stay so busy at mci world com wireless is because they have so many angry customers calling and complianning about those terrifying charges on their bills.
