Spa du soleil, old town scottsdale, spa rip off - would not honor my gift certificate - bad service

The Spa Du Soleil prides themselves on being a relaxing spa. I was not relaxed by them refusing to honor my birthday gift certificate. They took it from me, and then would not let me use it. I have had horrible service from them in the past, and would have never gone back if my co-workers hadn't purchased me a gift certificate from this horrible place. When I decided to give them another chance, they proved I had been right all along.

Kelly, the owner, glorified receptionist, took my gift certificate away from me and then conveniently forgot to call me back or remember that she had taken it. This place is out dated, dirty, uses horrible products and people. I would run far far away. There are many wonderful relaxing spa's in Scottsdale. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

They are seriously out dated and dirty. The entire spa needs a serious cleaning. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the City of Scottsdale. I have great hope that they will be shut down soon so that no one else will ever have to go through what I did.
