Expried gift certificate

I got $25 Cold Stone Creamery gift certificates as birthday gift. I was told that they were expired when I tried to use them. I would never notice any expriation date on a "gift certificate" because it's not a coupon. I don't think there should an expiration date on the gift certificate.

I e-mailed and explained the situation to the Cold Stone Creamery web site two months ago, no response. I followed up with at least 4 phone calls, no response either.

I would like to strongly advise people DO NOT purchase any Cold Stone Creamery gift certificate since it expired soon after your purchased it.
