Terrible company

I had been spoken into establishing an organization in Vegas a few years back after becoming a member of a training course by / title removed/. They pictured a Vegas LLC like a fantastic tax-benefit, but I required a resident adviser. It was good, combined with the moderate 49.95 monthly charge.

With this specific charge they'd contain all paperwork processing using the State-Of Nevada. Anything was good till I began getting words declaring that I had been overdue in my own filings.

I approached ACS and informed them that which was happening. They stated all I had a need to do was send them a duplicate of the notice plus they might look after it. Well, obviously they didn't.

I submitted last decades restoration myself, though ACS taken this from my regular charge, and that I am still getting exactly the same punishment notice for $100.

Due to The insufficient professionalism I'm dissolving my company standing in Vegas and also have shaped an organization in California. I'm still receiving no benefits from ACS even today and believe I'm likely to get caught with this specific fee.
