Merchandise never recieved, cant contact business!

I ordered a T-shirt for my daughter of Feb 20. I got an email from Go merch the following day just as the others have claimed about htis company. Here is the email:

It has been 3 weeks now and I have not recieved my order. I tried calling them, but they just put you in a never ending phone loop. You can elect to leave a message... Thats a joke also. No one calls back
I tried emailing them, but I just get a standard reply saying "thank you for contacting us... We will be in touch within 48 hour." I waited 168 hour and they still have not replied.

I checked my order status on the internet and it says they shipped it, but the tracking number doesnt work.
Beware - do not order form this company -!!
